Casa Kyona is a luxurious 270 m² finca set on an expansive 18,000 m² estate near Artà, in the northeast of Mallorca. With sweeping sea views, a private pool, and peaceful surroundings, the property offers a serene retreat for up to 6 guests. The three bedrooms are all air-conditioned for comfortable nights. Please note that the main living area does not have air conditioning — we recommend enjoying the shaded terrace during the warmest afternoon hours. Outdoors, the pool area is equipped with large sun umbrellas for comfortable lounging, and the surrounding garden invites you to relax in complete privacy. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The location close to the charming town of Artà offers easy access to some of Mallorca's most beautiful coves and beaches.
